Buffett’s Message to the Crypto Kids…

Are you curious to know Buffett’s message to the crypto kids?

Several mainstream brands, such as Eastman Kodak and Long Island Ice Tea, have made the leap into crypto, and in doing so have provided their shareholders with some windfall profits.

Eastman Kodak jumped from $2.94 to nearly $14 in two trading sessions on the news it was launching its own crypto currency.

Prior to that Long Island Ice Tea Corp changed its name to Long Blockchain, sending it’s shares 460% higher.

Yet, Buffett thinks it’s all just gone a little crazy.

The similarities to the Tech boom cannot be overlooked.

Back then the addition of .com to one’s business name sent prices skyrocketing.

And the world’s greatest investor is expecting another bad ending.

Which is a little ironic.

Buffett missed the Tech boom because he said he didn’t understand it.

And in doing so underperformed the S&P 500 for over 5-years.

As recently as last July, Buffett admitted to making a mistake on Tech stocks, saying he should have appreciated the likes of Google and Amazon more.

Has he made the same mistake again about Cryptos?

Time will tell.
