The analysis and any recommendations are accessible 24/7 via the secure membership area. We finish all updates by early evening, prior to the next trading session so it’s available well before the following day’s market open.

Yes. All information provided by The Chartist is considered General Advice only. We offer commentary and analysis on stocks listed on the ASX and Global markets within our Chart Research section. For all strategies we provide very specific buy and sell recommendations where appropriate, portfolio construction and trade management suggestions are advised, as required, during the holding period.

In the ASX Chart Research we look at the ASX-500 and highlight trading opportunities or educational insights. In the Global Chart Research we cover peripheral markets that will impact on the local market such as Gold, Copper, Oil, Zinc, Iron Ore and major global indices plus a variety of US bellwether stocks. We have farmers and agriculturalists who use our Global Chart Research to analyse crop and commodity prices. The ASX Power Setups® look at the ASX 500 and the US Power Setups® the US top 1000.

As part of your Membership you will have access to the EDUCATION area which contains an extensive array of educational courses, webinars, articles and live event recordings. Also, much of the ASX & Global Chart Research content is educational. You will learn to spot opportunities for yourself and how to take advantage of them.

Yes. We understand that many of our subscribers use CFDs, options or warrants so all situations are catered for.


The minimum period for Chartist Pro access is 1-month. Individual services (Power Setups®, Growth Portfolio and US Momentum) are a minimum of 1 year. You can view our refund policy here.

Your membership will recur on the same day each month. For example, if you subscribe on 15th of the month, your credit card will be re-charged on the same day the following month. You can cancel at any time and will continue to have access to The Chartist to the end of your current payment period.

Memberships paid via STRIPE (credit card): login then go to My Membership > Cancel Membership.

If you do not see Cancel Membership you most likely do not have a recurring membership therefore your membership is not set to auto-renew.

There are no refunds on monthly subscriptions.
A refund will be offered on annual subscriptions if requested within 30 days of joining. The amount refunded will be the annual fee less one month’s membership fee ($120). Our full refund policy is here.

Yes. You can view the full service for up to 14 days or until cancelled. Learn more about The Chartist free trial membership here.

The Chartist will not be updated on public holidays when the Australian Stock Exchange is closed. The US Power Setups® will not be updated when the US Exchanges are closed.

We only accept payment via direct deposit for annual memberships. Contact Trish and request an invoice stating the membership you require and the name on the invoice.

Once payment is received we will contact you by email to confirm your membership and access details.


Simply choose a new membership package and complete the enrolment form. Your details will automatically be updated in our system and you will receive email confirmation providing your login details.
