Systematic Trading vs. Discretionary Trading

Systematic Trading is designed for the busy person who simply doesn't have the time to dedicate to finding opportunities but also requires the strategies be historically proven. We have taken two very different trading plans and programmed them into the computer allowing to us validate them and ensure their profitability over various market conditions.

Systematic trading allows you greater confidence that the chosen strategies should continue to work into the future. There is no guesswork or emotion involved.

Discretionary Trading is the use traditional chart patterns to identify low risk opportunities. These cannot be programmed into the computer, but by using corect trading principles we are able to produce an edge over the longer term. Being a discretionary trader allows you to be completely in charge of the trading processes. The Chartist simply scours the markets on your behalf and brings the opportunities to you each and every day.

A subscription to either the ASX Power Setups or the US Power Setups provides access to both Systematic and Discretionary portfolios.
