US Commentary

We’re coming into the next earnings period and some caution is needed. The date of the earnings release will be shown on each chart. It’s recommended that positions not be held over the earnings announcement unless you’re deeply in th money. The risks of wild swings are too extreme, more so in this environment. Quickly to the technicals. We noted in last nights ASX-200 review there were three defining points of interest for the bullish case. The same rings true for the US and we’ll look at this in more depth tonight. What we do have is Type-A Bullish Divergence, a 3-wave counter trend decline off the recent highs that also offers wave equality and a strong close on high volume today.
