The market finished flat today, producing the fourth straight day of very tight ranges. Something will have to give sooner rather than later, one would think. Many markets seem to have November highs in their sights, some approaching and others have passed. The FTSE is closing in, as is the XJO. The DOW has confirmed (just) the bullish advance of the DOW Transports by closing just above its November highs. We take note of any divergences or confirmations between the DOW and DOW Transports. The AUD has closed at all time highs against the EURO as it continues a steady advance and reached parity against the USD again last night.
