The consolidation on the XJO continued today with a probe lower in the morning and a rally in the afternoon to close near the high. Volume was also very light in early trade to pick up with the afternoon gains. The afternoon rally comes despite the DOW futures presently trading lower and China -4% at the moment. We are focused on the XJO level of 4585, but the daily and weekly trends remain up at present.
