The downdraft velocity continues to expand. The more it does so the more it confirms that we may well be taking a straight line down to the target area we’ve been discussing. As I mentioned in the US notes this morning, there is a reweighting of the Russell Indices tomorrow and this may be accelerating the fall. That said the trend is firmly down and the patterns are bearish.
