ASX Commentary

Our preferred focus over the last month has been the resource sector, namely because of the better than expected data being released from China and the weak technical outlook on the US$. Last night saw an across the board rally in commodities due to renewed weakness in the US$ and so it should remain. We have significant data releases coming out of China in the coming days so its going to set the tone for the next move, but we’re positioned long.
