ASX Commentary

Weekly Trend: Down
Daily Trend: Down
Daily Momentum: ___ Neutral

Eyeballing charts tonight I don’t get a confident feeling about todays activity. I liked what happened in the US last night, but looking at individual price charts I can’t claim that it was an overly strong day. Many stocks, the majority, closed well of their sessions highs and some majors closed on their respective lows. Doesn’t sound like a day dominated by buyer demand. Going by recent market action we could see a significant down day in the US tonight. Volatility will remain high so I’m quite glad to almost be in cash across my various portfolios. Stay cautious. Better conditions will be along in due course.
