The ASX Systematic Power Setups have turned back on due to recent strength. Let’s remember that this system does not take in any other technical or fundamental information, so it may be at odds with what we’re currently thinking about the markets in general. The strategy does not attempt to predict – it takes in current data and trends and makes decisions accordingly. As usual I will be trading alongside those of you that opt to participate in this strategy. The technical outlook now clearly shows our desired A-B-C bounce in an almost textbook form. It is our expectation that the market will reverse again but we’ll be taking an in-depth look at the ASX-200 (XJO) again tomorrow night.
