97 stocks hit new 52-week highs today, as did the broader indices, Gold and the A$. Volume has picked up after the last few days but we certainly can’t argue with the trend location and we just have to keep going with it while it lasts. We’ve discussed before what occurred back in 2003 and if that’s going to replay then we’re only half baked here meaning plenty more upside to come. Another positive driver was China reporting a significant jump in iron ore imports in September and RIO also increased its iron ore production guidance as well. Almost 400 US major US firm report Q3 earnings next week so we still need to be cognizant of risks, although to date data has been average but again the market has shrugged it off. The trend remains our friend…
